If your account is locked, you should reach out to your Programme Manager to unlock it.
If you are a Programme Manager (or authorized contact), you can follow the steps below to unlock a user account. If you are facing any issues during this process, please submit a ticket to our Support team.
- Log in to eManager.
- Navigate to Tools > User Manager.
- Search for the affected account by their username or email. Also, you can select the Show Locked Only option.
- Click Edit next to the user account.
- Uncheck the Lock Account option and click Save.
Note: Also, you can click Reset Password as this action will unlock the account automatically.
